Avelika Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Avelika Terms of Service.
Use Avelika only for lawful purposes and only with content you are authorized to use.
You are responsible for your inputs, instructions, references, generated outputs, and how you publish or distribute those outputs.
1. Rights and lawful use
Do not use Avelika to create, upload, transform, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that:
- violates applicable law;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- uses product materials, logos, reference images, or personal photographs without required authorization;
- facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive commercial practices, or unlawful impersonation.
2. Harm involving people
Do not use Avelika to:
- sexualize or exploit minors;
- create or facilitate non-consensual sexual content;
- harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or seriously humiliate an identifiable person;

- use person-related features without the rights or permissions required for the source images and intended use.
3. Dangerous or criminal activity
Do not use Avelika to meaningfully facilitate:
- violent wrongdoing;
- trafficking or exploitation;
- credential theft;
- malware or unauthorized system access;
- evasion of security controls;
- other serious criminal activity.
4. Service abuse
Do not:
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, APIs, models, providers, or administrative systems;
- bypass credits, rate limits, payment controls, plan restrictions, or security controls;
- use scraping, automation, or high-volume access in a way that disrupts the Service outside supported interfaces;
- probe or reverse engineer protected service logic except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use stolen credentials or another user's account without authorization.
5. Product and commercial misrepresentation
Do not knowingly use Avelika to:
- fabricate certifications, ingredients, dimensions, measurements, warranties, safety claims, performance claims, or other material product facts;
- conceal defects or create a materially deceptive representation of the product being sold;
- create misleading marketplace, advertising, labeling, or promotional content that violates applicable law or platform rules;
- present inferred or invented information as verified fact when that distinction is material to a customer.
Ordinary creative transformations such as background replacement, lighting changes, staging, model presentation, or composition changes may be permitted where they do not materially misrepresent the product.
6. Sensitive information
Unless an Avelika workflow expressly supports it and is designed for that purpose, do not upload:
- passwords or authentication secrets;
- full payment-card data;
- private banking credentials;
- identity-document scans;
- medical records;
- large private customer databases;
- other highly sensitive or confidential records.
7. Higher-risk and product-specific features
Avelika may apply additional safeguards, review, usage limits, or feature restrictions to:
- person-related image generation;
- virtual try-on;
- identity-sensitive workflows;
- video generation;
- regulated or high-risk product categories;
- bulk generation;
- APIs and automated access.
A feature being technically available does not mean every use of that feature is permitted.
8. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated, we may:
- block a request or generation;
- restrict or remove access to content;
- limit features;
- suspend or terminate an account;
- preserve information needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance;
- respond to lawful requests where required.
We may use automated and manual signals to detect abuse. Detection systems may make mistakes, and we may review relevant information where appropriate.
